The 5th Annual CEO Forum is presented by the Eastern PA ASTD Chapter as an opportunity to demonstrate the link between workplace learning and performance initiatives and business results. · The Road to Excellence
This year’s featured success story “Good Shepherd’s Road to Excellence” is hosted by Sally Gammon, President and CEO of Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network, Allentown.
As outlined in Quint Studer’s bestselling book Hardwiring Excellence, Good Shepherd employed Studer’s “5 Pillars of Excellence.” Sally and her team will present a fascinating overview of their application of the 5 Pillars, how this changed their organization culture and resulted in measurably improved customer satisfaction results.
· Facilitated Discussion
Immediately following the Good Shepherd presentation, participants will explore reactions, ideas and application of the content through facilitated small group discussions. This discussion will focus on workplace performance challenges unique to chief executive leaders.
